Are Silver Britannias cheaper in England?

Was looking to add a couple of the nice looking Silver Brittanias to my collection. The cheapest ones I can find are $32.99 at APMEX. Does anyone know if they are cheaper to buy in England? May pick up a couple next time I go to London if that is so...

During my travels to England, it seems that anything made in England is twice the price as it is in America. Over there they have the 1 value menu at McDonald's. In America we have the 99 value menu which is the same stuff but at half the price.

Overall, Britannias are typically twice the spot price.
